There are a number of levels of survey, and at Viking Surveyors we offer RICS Level 2 Report and Level 2 Report with Valuation. If you require a more in-depth assessment, we can also provide a Level 3 Building Survey.

HOMEBUYER SURVEY REPORT WITH VALUATION

An accurate valuation will help you to know if you’re overpaying, if the asking price is notably low, or if the price is reasonable for the type and condition of the property. This is a more comprehensive version of the Level 2 Report, where it also includes a valuation of the property and an estimate for rebuilding the property should it ever be damaged beyond repair.
