RICS Level 2 Home Survey with Valuation
If you’d like an independent opinion of the property’s market value as well as a professional survey, a RICS Level 2 Home Survey with Valuation combines both within a single report.
In addition to assessing the property’s condition, the report includes an independent market valuation prepared by a RICS Registered Valuer and, where appropriate, an insurance rebuild cost.

RICS Level 3 Building Survey
A RICS Level 3 Building Survey provides the most comprehensive inspection of a property’s condition.

The report provides detailed advice on defects, repairs, maintenance requirements and areas where further investigation may be appropriate.

RICS Specific Defect Survey
Sometimes you don’t need a full property survey.

The report explains the likely cause of the defect, its significance and any recommended next steps.

New Build Snagging Survey
Even newly built homes can contain defects that aren’t immediately obvious.

RICS Red Book Valuation
A RICS Red Book Valuation is different from a property survey.

These reports are commonly required for probate, taxation, shared ownership, Help to Buy, matrimonial proceedings and other legal or financial purposes.
